The first work of art was made when our founder, locked inside at the beginning of the pandemic, found solace sketching an empty bottle of Hibiki 21 whisky left behind by a former roommate. She soon moved on to sketch other bottles that were rapidly emptying as the remaining roommates found their own solace in the creation of exotic cocktails, and even on occasion, non-alcoholic drinks too.
